Our Passion for Yoga

Anne is a certified Power Yoga instructor – All levels of students – from beginner to advance yogi. Yoga has become an essential part of Anne’s life which she wants to share with others. From pursuing a career in counselling, teaching Yoga to help the mind and body became an obvious choice, encouraging others to grow in their own personal journey. Anne feels very lucky to be able to do something that she is so passionate about, sharing her experiences through her love for yoga. She fell in love with this vigorous style of yoga because it not only challenged her on a physical level, but it also called her to slow down and live life one conscious breath at a time. Anne believes in always having the mindset of a student, including having a sense of humility, a willingness to learn and an openness to all that is possible! Through her teaching, Anne hopes to inspire her students to break through self-imposed limitations and to realise their full potential – both on and off the mat. She likes to bring a sense of fun and playfulness to her classes with upbeat music and plenty of time for laughter.   • What is your favourite asana? Why? Wheel (Urdva Dhanurasana or Chakrasana). A heart opener that allows me to shine and project love.
  • What is your favourite colour? Green
  • Yoga has made me… appreciate myself more.
  • What fulfills you? The feeling of contentment at the end of a yoga class. And time with my tribe.
  • What sound do you love? The sound of nature.
  • What sound do you hate? Smoke alarms
