Introduction to Yoga Nova Classes
Yoga is a personal experience guided by a teacher. You will be challenged physically, mentally and emotionally. By the end of the class, you should feel peaceful and relaxed.
A yoga class at Yoga Nova
is 1 hour long based mostly on asana practice (different poses following each other in synch with the breath).
Going to your first yoga class is beginning a new journey of self awareness.
It is taking the time for YOU
(your mind, body and soul) to just be YOU.
We have an introduction to Yoga offer – 3 classes for $20 which you can redeem here
Here are a few things we would recommend for your first class:
- Arrive 5 minutes early
- Bring water, mat or towel
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Don’t eat before the class
- Bring a towel
Yoga Nova Experience
We want you to feel special and always have the best experience with us.
We bring music, insect repellent, some props, tea and sometimes a little bonus.
