When you don’t take care of yourself, you are no good to anyone else.

We fall easily into routines with work, kids, studies, family… We push ourselves, we give all our energy to those around us we care about and yet, a time comes when you feel drained and it’s only a matter of time before your body shuts down and tells you “STOP!”.

With the holidays around the corner, don’t get caught up in the rush of things and stop 5 minutes, breathe consciously, be grateful and take care of yourself.

Take time to reset or you may overload and blow up. Try and make time for yourself by taking a bush walk or do some colouring in with a friend.
